For products that are readily available on the website, it takes 2-5 business days to prepare your order.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For shipments within Greece, the delivery time is 5-7 business days.
For international deliveries, it requires 5-10 business days.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our goal is for every Basileia bag to meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied, you may request an exchange or refund, provided your bag is not custom-made.

Return Terms

The bag must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by the proof of payment.
The exchange or refund process can be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. After this period, requests will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and must be carried out via courier or another secure method (not regular mail).
Return/Exchange Process

Exchange: The new bag will be shipped with recipient-paid shipping costs.
Refund: The refund will be made to a bank account you specify, after we receive and verify that the bag is in its original condition.
Note: Products not returned in their original condition will not be accepted for exchange or refund, unless the fault lies with us.
