Returns and Changes Policy
Our goal is for each of our bags to fully satisfy the recipient.
If, however, your bag does not satisfy you, you can exchange it for another one or even ask for a refund, as long as your bag is not custom-made!
If you wish to proceed with an exchange or a refund, you should let us know either

Refund Conditions
The bag must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by proof of payment.
The exchange or refund process can be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. After this period, requests will not be accepted.
The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer and must be made by courier or other secure means (not postal).
Return/Exchange Procedure
Change: The new bag is shipped at the recipient's expense.
Refund: The refund will be made to a bank account that you will indicate to us, after we receive and check that the bag is in its original condition.
Note: Products not returned in their original condition will not be accepted for exchange or refund unless the fault is ours.
