Shipping costs for orders from 0€ to 50€ are 5,00€.

For orders over 50€ the shipping costs are FREE.

Prices include VAT 24 %.

Our store cooperates with courier companies which undertake to send the order and deliver it to your place. The courier companies will contact you, if necessary, to make a specific appointment for the exact time of delivery, in case they will not be able to find you.

Each Basileia bag is 100% handmade so custom-made orders require 10-15 working days for processing and manufacturing. Products which are shown available on the site require, respectively, 2-5 working days to prepare the order.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For shipments within Greece, delivery times are 5-7 working days, while for overseas delivery times are 5-10 working days.

Please note that processing/shipping/delivery times may be adjusted during holiday periods!

In hard-to-reach areas, shipping may be delayed up to 5 working days. In exceptional cases and upon request, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest courier agency and the customer will pick it up from there. The shipping cost for inaccessible areas will NOT be increased.

In case of sending large volume or weight items, the shipment can be made after consultation with a transport company.
