1. General Information

Welcome to our online store www.basileia.gr where all the products of the company with the name "KONSTANTINIDIS HARALABOS S.A." and the distinctive title "BASILEIA" are available for sale, with its headquarters at 17-19 ALDOU MANOUTIOU, 11521, Athens, Greece Tax ID 802220450, DOU PSYCHIKOU, telephone 6972032127 & GEMI Number: 172393001000. The display, presentation, sale, transport-storage, delivery and any return of our products displayed on this website as well as the security of your transactions are governed by these terms of use, which we invite you to read before browsing the eshop and making your purchases. Your browsing the eshop and making any transaction or communication with our company implies your unconditional acceptance of these terms of use. In case of disagreement or reservation about part or all of these terms, you can send your e-mail to [email protected] before you browse or make a transaction, otherwise your acceptance of all terms is unconditional.

Our company reserves the right to modify, renew or upgrade at any time and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member of the eshop (in total or separately): a) part or all of these terms of use, b) part or all of the content of the eshop and c) part or all of the external appearance (interface), the structure or composition (configuration) of the eshop as well as its technical specifications. It is your responsibility to read them regularly, as the Terms in force at the time of the formation of the Agreement (as defined below) are the applicable ones.

The Company also reserves the right at any time, without cause and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member of the eshop to cancel, suspend or terminate the operation of the eshop. The user/consumer/consumer/member of the eshop acknowledges and unconditionally accepts all of the above by navigating and/or using the eshop services alone.

3. Use of our Website

By using this website and/or placing an order through it, you undertake:

  • Use the website only to submit legitimate inquiries or orders.
  • To only use only legitimate enquiries and requests for information and to place only legitimate orders. If we reasonably believe that such an order has been placed, we have the right to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
  • Provide us with your correct and accurate e-mail address, postal address and/or other contact details.

You also accept that we may use this information to contact you in the event that it is necessary to do so. If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we cannot process your order.

By placing an order through the website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

4. Contract of sale - Product order.

The information contained in these Terms and Conditions and the details contained on this website do not constitute an offer of sale but an invitation to information. No contract will be deemed to have been formed between us and you in respect of any products until your order is expressly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order and the money has already been deducted from your account, then it will be refunded in full.

To place an order you will be asked to follow the checkout process and click on the "CONFIRM ORDER" button. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). Receipt of the email confirms the completion of the order and its acceptance by us.

5. Product availability

The products offered through this website are available in Greece and in foreign countries. All orders of products are subject to their availability. In this regard, in case of supply difficulties or depletion of products in stock, we reserve the right to inform you either by telephone at the number you have provided or by email, about similar products of equal or superior quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will provide you with a full refund of any amount you may have paid.

6. Rejection of Order

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any products from this website, or for the removal or editing of any material or content on the website, or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation.

7. Delivery.

Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 5 above regarding the availability of the Products and subject to the existence of exceptional circumstances in this regard, we will make every effort to complete your order for the Product(s) listed in the Order Confirmation by the delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time period shown when you select a payment method, and in any event within the estimated time period shown when you select a payment method, and in any event within the time period of 30 days from the Order Confirmation. Delivery of the Products shall be made through our partner carrier and the delivery time worldwide shall be between one and three (1-3) working days from the day following the Order Confirmation. Deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays are made by arrangement with the carrier or at an additional charge.

However, delays may occur in Cases such as , depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer you the option to either continue the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund.

For the purposes of these Terms , "delivery" will be deemed to have taken place or the order will be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party on your behalf, other than the carrier, has obtained physical possession or control of the goods, which will be evidenced by the signing of an acknowledgement of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

8. Non-delivery.

If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, they will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you need to do to receive it and will contact you by telephone. If, after 10 days from the time your order is available for delivery, that order has still not been delivered for reasons beyond our control, we will consider that you wish to cancel the Contract and the Contract will be deemed to have expired. As a result of the termination of the Contract, we will refund to you in full any payment we have received from you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of the date on which the Contract has expired.

In the event that your order is lost due to carrier error we will inform you of this and will arrange for the replacement and reshipment to you of the same products if you still wish to complete the order, otherwise we will refund to you in full any payment we have received from you.

9. Risk Shifting and Product Prevalence.

Liability for the Products is transferred to you once you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the Products. Ownership of the Goods passes into your hands either upon full collection by us of all sums due in respect of the Goods, including shipping costs, or upon delivery of the Goods (as set out in clause 7 above if this occurs later than collection.

10. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, with a return to the e-shop. In this case, it is necessary to contact us by phone at +30 6972032127 to inform us about the product to be returned and to arrange for its replacement or the refund of the corresponding amount.

Please note that for any product return to be accepted, the item must not have been used, and no tags or markings (e.g., stickers, brand labels, etc.) that are on the products must have been removed. Additionally, all items must be returned in the excellent condition in which they were received, without damage, without any defect (with the exception of a return of a defective product), and must be complete. The product to be returned must also be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (retail receipt or exchange card).

If the return/replacement is due to a proven defect in the product, the shipping costs of the new product will be covered by us.

Basileia.gr is responsible for compensation in case of a lack of agreed property or the existence of a defect, only if it is caused by our fault.

Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Ensure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during transportation. Any damage caused to the product during its return to us is solely your responsibility.

To avoid inconvenience, we recommend carefully checking the condition of the products and the integrity of their packaging and tags at the time of delivery, to identify any apparent defects.

Returns received outside the terms of our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

11. Price and Payment

The price of each product will be as stated on our website at any given time, except in cases of obvious error. We always strive to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate; however, errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to reconfirm your order at the corrected price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider your order canceled and refund you the full amount you have paid. We are not obligated to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation) in cases where the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as an incorrect price.

The prices on our website include VAT but do not include shipping costs, in cases where you are charged for Shipping Costs. According to our company policy, shipping costs within Greece for purchases up to forty-nine euros and ninety-nine cents (€49.99) are three euros (€3.00), and for purchases of fifty euros (€50) or more, shipping is free of charge for you.

Prices may change at any time; however, subject to what is specifically mentioned above, any changes will not affect orders for which you have already received an Order Confirmation.

Once you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, they will have been added to your shopping cart, and the next step is to proceed with the order and payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, completing or verifying the information requested at each step. Furthermore, during the purchase process, before payment, you can modify the details of your order. The record of all your orders is available in the "My Account" field. Payment can be made via cash on delivery, payment at our store (17-19 Aldou Manoutiou, 11521, Athens), and with Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards.

To minimize the possibility of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted within the secure environment of the bank to which you will be directed. The bank reserves the right to request pre-authorization of your card to ensure that there is sufficient credit to complete the transaction.

Your card will be charged upon confirmation of your order.

By clicking the "CONFIRM ORDER" button, you confirm that your credit card is valid and has sufficient credit. Credit cards are subject to validity checks and approval by your card issuer. If your card issuer does not authorize the payment, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery, and we will not be able to conclude a Contract with you.
